We really appreciate the fact that you chose our Miswak toothpaste over the commercial ones. Indeed, there is no comparison between the two, as the commercial ones are loaded with fluoride and many other carcinogenic ingredients. Miswak is not just Sunnah, but we have added way more beneficial herbs and oils found in Tibb-e-Nabawi and Ayurveda to make it the best toothpaste that one could ever use.
As mentioned earlier to you, there is absolutely “no issue” with the product, else returning a paltry amount of Rs. 1245 was not a problem for us. We have happily refunded/replaced faulty products in the past as well as we do not want to disappoint our customers. Yet we suggested you a replacement product while offering that you keep the Miswak toothpaste as well and give it another try. We repeat that “It is a highly concentrated formula made from pure Arak twig, herbs and oils so you need to apply less than a pea sized amount.” Miswak Toothpaste is our Best Seller Alhamdolillah, and we have so far received amazing feedback from our customers, as it has tremendously helped them in solving their tooth and gum issues. We pray and wish the same for you, as we have put our heart and soul into formulating this amazing product.
However, if you still “persist” on getting a “refund” and do not want to use the Miswak toothpaste again , then instead of wasting the product, we would request that you return the product in its original packaging to us , and we would “refund” you the amount charged .
