Return and Exchange Policy

Marjaan Botanicals does not have a full refund return policy.

However, the purchased item may be exchanged within 14 days, provided the item is returned to us for exchange:

• Is in its original packaging
• The seal of each product is intact
• The packaging of the product has not been tampered with

Procedure for Exchange:

• Contact us via e-mail us at info@marjaanbotanicals.pk or through our Facebook or Instagram page and request an exchange.
• Provide a valid reason for exchanging the item.
• Send the item back to us in its original packaging and seal
• Once received, we will send you the replacement item
• You will have to pay re-shipment charges

Cancellation:

Make sure to let us know about cancellations at the earliest. If the item has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
