Its a hand made guasha stone made from pure marble in Pakistan.Any cuts inside the stone are the natural stone cuts.However the edges should be smooth for perfect application. If you can pls show us the picure/video- we will have a better idea- and will send you a replacement , stay natural and healthy always.
